50 pieces 50 ways #6 BBQ McNugget Pizza

Yo homeslice, You ready to watch the big game? or go to that banging party? or celebrate your soccer practice? wait.. you don't got any food? No problem, I got you covered.

BBQ McNugget Pizza

Serves 2-3 people ( or 1 hungry person!)

Difficulty: man-child friendly

Ingredients
6-7 Mcnuggets, cut into quarters ~(1 cup)
½ medium red onions, diced (½ - 1 cups )
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup white cheddar cheese
1 package of pizza dough (Traders Joe’s Plain Pizza Dough (16 oz (1lb ))
1 tablespoon of dried basil
1 clove of garlic diced
2/3 cups of BBQ sauce
flour
olive oil

Option’s for the OGs
A. Use a pizza stone! If you want your pizza crust to have those baked cripsy delicious edges, you really need one. #game changer
B. Use fresh basil, 1-4 leaves of fresh basil cut into strips.

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 450 °F.

2. Add flour to a greased sheet pan or pizza stone. Open the dough and put it on the surface so it has time to reach room temperature.

3. Warm the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken mcnuggets, and cook until those suckers are lightly browned (5-10 minutes, depending on how old your nuggets are).

4. Once they are browned, put them in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce and completely coat them.

5. Go back to the dough, and spread it out. If you are a square make it into a square, but if you are a circle make it into a circle. The shape is up too you! Adventure!

6. Once the dough is shaped, spread the remaining BBQ sauce evenly over pizza dough. Sprinkle the onions, parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese over the top of pizza evenly.

7. Bake the pizza for 20 minutes or until the cheese bubbles. Sprinkle with chopped basil and cut the pizza into pieces.

Enjoy! Cowabunga
