50 Pieces 50 ways #1 Chicken Nugget Quesadilla

At McDonalds, you can get 50 pieces of nuggets for $10. After a harrowing night, I purchased 100, and only 50 were eaten. Therefore, to honor this deal and use the leftover nuggets, I present the first in my series: 50 pieces 50 ways

Serves 1

Difficulty: man-child friendly

Ingredients:
3-4 Chicken McNuggets: cut into strips
Large Flour Tortilla
Grated cheese – any combination white cheddar, mild or sharp cheddar, or  monterey jack is recommended

Optional:
Guacamole or Avocados
Fresh tomatoes, onions, or lettuce, diced
Salsa

1. Put 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of oil on your pan, spread it around, and set the stove to medium-low heat.

2. Place the tortilla on the pan and flip a couple of times until pockets begin to form in the tortilla.

3. Add chicken nuggets, cheese, and any other ingredients you wish. Spread out the fillings on the tortilla, so it is not too thick in any one region. Set the stove to medium heat.

4. When the cheese is melted (after about a minute), use your spatula to fold the tortilla in half. The tortilla should be sufficiently brown on either side. If not, you can raise the temperature and flip until brown.

Enjoy or Else!
