have some left over Chicken Mcnuggets? Try this.

10 Chicken Mcnuggets
4 ripe roma Tomato
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
6-8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

1. If you are an OG, you can parboil the tomatoes to remove the skin. If you are lazy, skip to step 2. To barboil, place the tomatoes in boiling hot water which has just been removed from the burner. Drain them, then use a knife to remove the skins.

2. Preheat the oven to 450°F  and make sure the top rack is in place on the oven.

3. Quarter the tomatoes, and remove the skin and juices. Finely dice those bad boys, then place them in a bowl with the garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Mix and then add the basil leaves. Salt and pepper to taste.

4. Coat one side of each nugget with olive oil. Place the nuggets on the baking sheet oil side down. Place the nuggets on the top rack and toast them in the oven for 5-6 minutes.   They should be lightly browned.

5. Put the nuggets on the serving tray oil side up. Use a spoon to place the tomatoes unto the nuggets. Or if you want, put them in a bowl near the tray and people can do it them selves. Fancy!

Enjoy! Pinkys up, side to side.

50 Pieces 50 ways #1 Chicken Nugget Quesadilla

At McDonalds, you can get 50 pieces of nuggets for $10. After a harrowing night, I purchased 100, and only 50 were eaten. Therefore, to honor this deal and use the leftover nuggets, I present the first in my series: 50 pieces 50 ways

Serves 1

Difficulty: man-child friendly

Ingredients:
3-4 Chicken McNuggets: cut into strips
Large Flour Tortilla
Grated cheese – any combination white cheddar, mild or sharp cheddar, or  monterey jack is recommended

Optional:
Guacamole or Avocados
Fresh tomatoes, onions, or lettuce, diced
Salsa

1. Put 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of oil on your pan, spread it around, and set the stove to medium-low heat.

2. Place the tortilla on the pan and flip a couple of times until pockets begin to form in the tortilla.

3. Add chicken nuggets, cheese, and any other ingredients you wish. Spread out the fillings on the tortilla, so it is not too thick in any one region. Set the stove to medium heat.

4. When the cheese is melted (after about a minute), use your spatula to fold the tortilla in half. The tortilla should be sufficiently brown on either side. If not, you can raise the temperature and flip until brown.

Enjoy or Else!
