50 pieces 50 ways #10: Jalapeño Cream Cheese Stuffed Prosciutto Wrapped Nuggets

I was playing mario party  and I was inspired to make something that reflects the fanciness of italians  and the fun of a party. This dish is like a group of Mcnuggets riding on vespa scooters while yelling through megaphones.

Jalapeño Cream Cheese Stuffed Prosciutto Wrapped Mcnuggets

Yields 8

You will need
4 oz of Cream Cheese
1 Jalapeño
1 tsp of Sugar

8 slices of prosciutto (fancy italian meat!)
16 Mcnuggets
Olive Oil

1. Slice and dice that jalapeño. Make sure to take out the seeds.

2. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, jalapeños, and sugar. Refrigerate for at least one hour.

3. Preheat the oven for 350 degrees

3. If the nuggets are old, you might want to coat them in oil and put them in the oven for 2 minutes.

4.  Place a scoop of the cream cheese mixture on one nugget and then sandwich another nugget on top. Repeat for all nuggets. After, wrap nuggets into prosciutto. If the prosciutto is too wide then you might need to cut or fold the meat so it is not larger than the width of the nugget sandwich.

5. Place in the oven for 3 minutes, then flip nuggets on to the other side and cook for another 3 minutes.

6. Enjoy warm , ciao bella!

50 pieces 50 ways #9 Mcnugget Satay

Today I watched Ong Bak and was inspired. Rather than hone my kick boxing skillz,  I made a simple dish that any Muay Thai warrior could enjoy (even if Tony jaa broke all their hands and legs and collar bones, okay, ...well pretty much they need to still have internal organs and working use of their mouth).

Mcnugget Satay

Difficulty: man-child friendly

servings: prepares 3 skewers

you will need:

1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
1-1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
9 nuggets

3 bbq wooden skewers

Options for OGs: sliced cucumbers and thai peanut sauce

1. Collect all your ingredients, then mix them all except the nuggets into a tupperware or bowl. Then dip the nuggets in the sauce or just baste them.

2. Preheat your grill to high heat or turn on your george foreman grill.

3. Thread 3 nuggets unto each skewer.

4. Grill each skewer for 5 minutes on each side! You did it!

Thai peanut sauce or cucumbers will go well with this dish.

Enjoy! now go find a coconut
